I've worked with this enough to create and update Alerts & Workflows but I'm not the person to give a top to bottom review of every feature and answer the questions that arise from a more classroom-style training.
What are my options for this type of training should my customer be interested in more detailed training as opposed to just asking for a few alerts to be designed?
