Sage 100

I've worked with this enough to create and update Alerts & Workflows but I'm not the person to give a top to bottom review of every feature and answer the questions that arise from a more classroom-style training.

What are my options for this type of training should my customer be interested in more detailed training as opposed to just asking for a few alerts to be designed?

If they already have a good understanding of the table structure in Sage (which is the biggest hurdle especially if joins are required) I would just send them to the video training section of the Sage Alerts and Workflow website (https://www.vineyardsoft.com/training-vids.php) It's the most comprehensive training out there and good for the customer to quick reference back. There are so many features in SAW there is no way to cover and retain everything in a training session. 

For my clients, I always tell them to go through a section of videos (Usually I select specific videos from the query tab based on what they have told me they are looking for), and a few from the Event section THEN do a one-on-one session to actually create the alert. They always seem to retain it better if they are building something meaningful to them, BUT they have to have a good foundation before getting started. So my Half Day of training is actually a half day of query/event design.

Thanks. These folks are already pretty well versed in the layout of Sage and I provided them with a link to the training videos.
