    What are associated pdfs in Paperless? Is there a way to attach a W9 to invoices being emailed other than recreating it within Crystal?

    The best example of Associated pdf's I'm aware of is if you scan in checks you receive and then attach that pdf of all the scanned checks to the Cash Receipts Journal. Not sure that would apply to W9's. Couldn't you just attach them as memo attachments?

    At the time of generating the Cash Receipts Journal pdf, it'll prompt for the Associated pdf.

    @BethBowers -- Why not include a link to a downloadable W-9 on the invoice? That way it doesn't get included on every invoice, but it's still available for anyone who needs it. EDIT: Fixed your name. It's been too long a day. :)
