    What am I supposed to take away from the fact that I received the first Sage-generated lead in years and that it was delivered on Saturday at noon?

    Better close the deal (regardless of the quality) or else that WILL be the last one delivered. And you must be doing something right as they ""gave"" you a lead.........

    Until you find out Sage's last contact with the prospect was 6 months ago and no one is really sure who they were talking with at Sage of what they were talking about.

    I bet it was a mistake. It was supposed to go to Sage inside sales to close it directly.

    Qualify them first. Last week I received an SPS lead... who ended up being an existing client I switched to SPS 2 years ago.
