We've had a few conversations about a Results-Only Work Environment (ROWE) and how it is a perfect fit for the Firm of The Future business model. Here is a great case study from Cali and Jody (www.gorowe.com) about how they helped Gap, Inc. start the transition to a ROWE. I'm really looking forward to hearing how they eventually roll the concept out to the retail stores.

I actually read quite a lot about ROWE a few years ago -- CPA firms, consulting firms, law firms... If you're going to differentiate from the competition, this is the way to do it.
