Well now that we've done a Scanco webinar and my customer is extremely interested, he wants to do his due diligence and see if there are other options out there. I know there have been a slew of pro-ScanForce threads but does anyone have a more current perspective? Recommended ScanForce contact, at least?

Steve Showalter at ScanForce is who I would tell you to contact. We deal with them regularly and I can personally recommend them. Support is top notch. Steve's e-mail address is steve@scanforce.com

I have not had good luck with STEVE, however, in being timely. I have had 3 deals going on and we've had to BEG for his time for demos and for quotes for all three of them.

    Thanks @BethBowers - any thoughts on Scanco/others?

Wow, it took him about 30 seconds to reply to my email. Should I ask if this would interfere with your projects @BethBowers ??

@ThereseLogeais - hope he keeps it up. He was very quick to reply to me at first, too, but it went downhill after that. Maybe things are slowing down now for him.

My thoughts on Scanco - working with them on a custom project was a nightmare. Lousy customer service. Products are really impressive at Summit, though, and they swear it's new management. Have not worked with them since the supposed new management.

Steve can tend to be slow in the sales process I'll agree with that; but after the sale I've been impressed whith training, support and modification process which does not require Steve.
