Well, it is the beginning of a new year and time to shake out the winners and losers in the Sage game of musical chairs. One Day you are in, the next day you are not!!! Joe Carrol appears to be history. Anybody else?

Susie Something who was a regional rep until the previous musical chairs, then something internal.

Chrystina Aros-Pontilla is no longer our regional sales manager. She has been replaced by Suzanne Standish, who we've had before. Is that the Susie you are referring to @BethBowers ?

Connie Zervakos has been replaced by Karen O'Callaghan. Don't think Connie is leaving Sage - taking 'another role'.

It sounds like a lot of deck chairs got rearranged and a few were thrown off the ship.

When the ship is listing and you fall overboard, have you been thrown off or just taken the plunge early so you can swim away from the ship so as to not be pulled under by others???

For us Kenneth Oplinger was replaced by Chrystina Aros-Pontilla. I hadn't heard about Joe. I think Susie Johnson is still there. She use to be our rep too covering for Bill Hammer and then she got moved. Kenneth replaced Bill and now Chrystina is our rep.

Betsy Quis LinkedIn seems to show that in 2013 she reached the end of her Sage road. Can't find Joe Carroll on LinkedIn.

Betsy was mine also - I have been emailing since morning of Oct 1 to no avail. Karen O'Callaghan replaced her. We also all get new renewal people.

I was told Betsy was interviewing for other positions in Sage. Yet her email does not work. Lets just be honest when people inquire and say they are no longer with Sage.

Sage is replacing their outsourced maintenance renewal people with an in house staff. My guess is that at least some of this shuffling is to get into position for that change.

The in-house will be in Atlanta, I think

Our RSM, Tom Wilson, has moved on to a new product specialist role, so he is the Product Specialist for Sage Inventory Advisor. So it seems Sage thinks there is some potential for SIA. Rob Larsh is taking on Tom's resellers for the entire West Coast, so they are just giving the RSM's more work. For the most part they are only order takers, so it will have little affect on us.

What the heck is the difference between a Regional SALES Manager and a Regional ACCOUNT Manager? My sales manager called on Friday and said I was being handed over to Richard Kaberry, Regional Account Manager located in Richmond, BC. Now that seems to make a lot of sense.
