Well I'll tell you right now this is going to be problematic to open up the Socialcast feed to outsiders without giving them the full 90 Minds Blood Oath. I predict a member shit storm of pissing and moaning about people reading their ""private stuff

Prediction: Impossible to embed outsiders. Never going to happen. Stick a fork in it.

What made the original group of 15 or so, so much more trustworthy? I say nothing here i wouldnt and didnt say to sages face. The key to var freedom is not depending on the vendor for leads which i doubt many of us see frm sage anymore Thanks, Mark Chinsky www.clientsfirst-us.com Excuse my typing. I'm not saying they are more or less -- but our options for this group on Socialcast are much more limited. We'll have trouble growing because we either have to admit non-threatening deadbeat VARS who are either semi-retired or headed that way -- because to add good VARS into Socialcast exposes everyone's general comments. That's going to be a problem and I don't have enough hours in the day to fight that. You can stick people in private groups - that works. The problem is we have boatloads of private stuff sitting in open discussion. Anyone added to a private group can see that. I'm now pondering whether it's just better to leave 90Minds as a MAS90 sharing and web site collaborative and open something different which welcomes active participants for collaboration around key things we'll need to master in order to stay in business --- what I call the ""special sauce"" That may be BOI or BizNet or some other skill that we might be able to pull in different resources on. Let 90 Minds just sit and die a slow death while everyone is concerned about keeping it closed and the same it was in 1999.

Sorry for replying backwards but I""m moving down through the history in the admin group. I agree with @MarkChinsky about the trustworthiness. I just made a longer post about it earlier but there is no way to tell that there aren't already foxes in the hen house. In this day and age - more than ever in the history of the world - you should expect your actions and words will be found out. Instead of an informal blood oath, move to a more solid confidentiality agreement for membership if necessary.
