Weird situation. Customer upgraded from V430 to V450 (don't ask why we stopped at 450). We have an AP check form that prints an extra blank page when we print from manual check. When I print a picking sheet, it prints only the one page (correctly). I created a new form code in a backup company and printed the check. It printed one page correctly. I copied that form back over to the live company and we got the second page again. Has anyone seen this before or any ideas?

Have you looked at the check printing screen and looked to see how many lines you have for the stub? Perhaps someone put more than there should be causing the page to be too long.

Any chance there are multiple forms out there and you aren't on the correct one?

Any suppression formulas in report based upon company code?

No suppression formulas by company code.

There is something wrong in the form somewhere. I have decided to stop fighting it and just recreate the form in the live company from a totally new code. Crossing fingers

With no checks entered in Manual Check Entry, you might try looking through the AP_ManualCheck...M4T files with DFDM for any lingering records. There are about 8 files.
