Weird Scanforce issue - wondering if anyone else has seen this. Client upgraded from 4.4 to 2016. Since the upgrade, they kept having slowdowns where everyone is hung for a bit, then it clears and goes on. IT (bless their hearts - wish I could clone them) ran some tracing program and were able to see the cause - someone's machine was attempting to run SO_PickingSheetPrinting_rpt_519.pvc and their machine can't find the program. Well, it doesn't exist - the program is actually SO_PickingSheetPrinting_rpt_519SC.pvc. So their machine freaks for a while, looking for this program which doesn't exist, including trying random paths, then it FINALLY fails and everyone can run again. I checked the 4.4 version and the program had the ""SC"" in the name there, too, so I'm at a loss as to why it would be trying to find the wrong program. Have emailed Scanforce last Thursday but no response yet.
