We upgraded a customer from Sage 100 2013 to Sage 100 2016 (standard) back in early February. Before the upgrade they had no problem selecting a single department when running financial reports. Now, even if they choose just one department or a range, the report spits out all departments. Any ideas?

As a workaround until you can install the patch, run the reports from the STANDARD Report Group. This only occurs in 'custom' report groups.

Yes, the fix @NancyHanson posted worked for one of my clients.
