We should have a group skype call this week to talk about organizational structure of 90 Minds. On the surface I see us perhaps wanting to appoint people to oversee what I think could be our most important areas: - BizNet - Scripting - Administrative (Recruiting, Meetings, Planning) - Social/Web/Promotions - Socialcast/Technical If we narrow down the scope of the things we tackle then I think we'll have a much better chance of being effective.
