    We recently upgraded a client from Sage MAS 200 4.50 to Sage 100 2013 advanced. Server performance since the upgrade has been slow. PVXCOM.exe*32 seems to balloon up in memory within 10 minutes. Curious if anyone has any suggestions for maybe you've at least seen this. Client is also running Sage CRM. Currently running service as service, may shift to application. 25+ users. with three remote locations. @Sage100UrgentSupportNeeded

    Found the issue, client had added USA as a country into Sage CRM. However, they did not map it properly in Country Maintenance in Sage 100\CRM. The CRM Activity Log had grown so large it would crash. So we backed it up, manually reinitialized and then I was able to review errors. Once we notice the Country Code in the log file, it was pretty straight forward from there.

    @JohnWilder - What version of CRM are you using with v2013?

    @JeffSchwenk we used Sage 7.1 for now. We'll be moving up to 7.20 as things settle in.
