Was this a mass email or something that was sent individually from someone you know. I'd like to also ask Sage for a new pony, all the leads in my area, never to call on one of my customers and to lower my certifications to the 1986 level.

First I've seen of this. I don't think there will be much response from Sage. I did not receive an email about it.
