We owe both Scanco and MAPADOC some webinars as a result of their sponsorship with MOTM. Does someone want to poll the group on what they'd want to see presented or should we just let both present on a topic of their choosing? We probably want to give it another week or two before we start hosting webinars.

I say let the sponsors choose their own content. It's up to members to decide if that content is something they want to sign up for.

Second question is who wants to take the lead with the vendors and followup so we can fulfill the remainder of our promises around sponsorship. I'd like to have us reach out only one time to our contact rather than have multiple people going back and forth on webinars, etc. Here's the items we've promised.

So it's the webinars, email blast and website content, correct? Can we get a list of the vendors and what each gets? Or as the Education person, is that on me or is it on Peter as the Sponsorship person???

For a post-conference email I was thinking just send out the contact info and web URL for all the sponsors who we promised a followup email blast. @ThereseLogeais if you can manage the MAPADOC and SCANCO webinars that would be great. My guess is we don't want to schedule anything until later in March or maybe April since people need some time to get back to the office, etc. Probably both vendors have accounts that they use to host the webinars and I think it's fine if they use them and we just share the link. If any don't have that capability let me know and we'll get our 90 Minds GotoWebinar setup. Does that seem ok?

Sure. I'm going on vacation next Friday for a week. Can it wait until I get back, the week of 3/17?

I believe so - MAPADOC did not seem to be in any big rush.

It looks like two webinars for MAPADOC and three for Scanco. If we alternate them - Scanco, MAPADOC, Scanco, MAPADOC, Scanco and do one a month, that takes us through July or August. I wonder if they'll want to space them more, maybe one every other month, so as not to bore (did I say that?) or lose attendees?

I think one a month is manageable. If we know what the topics are far enough in advance, schedules can be arranged if need be. I think there will be a fair number of attendees. If they are sparsely attended, that might be an indicator of the vendor relevance.....

Why not ask them when they want to do the webinars. They may not even want all of the webinars they are allotted.

I just sent an email to Shaun @ Scanco asking what they were thinking.

@ThereseLogeais Hellene sent me an email asking about the webinars. I cc'd you on the reply and said you'd work with her. I suggested that they do a rather general (open to all) presentation and then could follow-up with one about their partner program which we could easily take notes at and distribute to 90 Minds members. I like the idea of making the presentation open to all because then we don't have to worry about where we advertise it (LinkedIn, website) and whether the people attending are only partners/90 Minders. Will you follow-up with Hellene when you have a minute and just cc: me on the results. I think primarily what we need is the date/time and a sign-up link. If we are going to host the webinar we'll have to open a GotoWebinar though I presume that she will probably offer to host it so they can then capture the registrations, etc. I'm ok with that.
