Did you post the url for the survey? I made all the changes that you and Jerry requested, it's ready.

I'm thinking we should email it to the registrants. No need for others to see it really.

The survey form is ready, but I don't see any new data in it other than what you added @ThereseLogeais. When are you sending out the survey? Just want to be ready for formatting issues before sending off responses to Ron/Ed. Thanks.
