We just had a quick admin meeting about 90 Minds and here are some of the things that we decided.
1. Dues Structure
Dues run from 11/1/1 to 10/31
We will have two sections within the group:
90 Minds - Senior Members:
On a PER OFFICE basis:
$ 200/year for first member
$ 100/year for each additional member from same office
90 Minds - Technical Members (Formerly OASIS):
On a PER OFFICE basis:
$ 500/year for first member
$ 250/year for each additional member from same office
What we expect is that most technical members who actively participate for a year would be eligible to be invited for full (less expensive) Senior Membership.
Our criteria for full Senior Membership is consistent (at least a year) of active membership. We are not looking for a high number of lurkers so the Technical Member fee structure is high so that less active members who don't find value can elect not to renew.
2. Socialcast is up for renewal in October/November. The invoices for 90 Minds should go out August 1, 2012 so we have an idea of the # of user licenses we'll need.
3. BizNet Authorization -- Our initial BizNet authorization will come up for renewal in late 2012. If the fee remains on the group level (as opposed to a separate fee per member) then we will likely renew as a group. Otherwise we'll let each member handle their own renewal.
4. Meeting of the Minds 2013: There is interest in another gathering. We will talk more about this during Sage Summit 2012. We think we may also have a mini-recruiting gathering during Summit but that it's very tough during the busy conference to get everyone together for any amount of time.
5. Web site and leads: We are generating 100+ daily unique visitors to our 90Minds website. This can probably be doubled in 2013. We will hold off on accepting advertising. Leads from the web site are only distributed to Senior 90 Minds members.
