We just had a customer run into the 1 GB limitation of Business Alert's log file. Does KnowledgeSync have the same limitation since it uses Access too, or is that limitation 2 GB?

They aren't clearing their log on a weekly basis? Or are they POWER users?

I don't know the answer, but KS can use Access or SQL.

They have been using Business Alerts for about 6 years and this is the first time it happened.
