    We have noticed one instance where Sage processed a renewal order for a customer but the plan renewal date never renewed. This was admittedly on an order that they had to reverse due to their own pricing mistakes (I know - surprise, huh). Anyhow - moral of the story - just looking in Sage's site and seeing an invoice/order has processed is no longer enough to verify a renewal. We are now looking to see that the renewal date appears -- and is correctly computed -- before remitting payment from customer to Sage. Your mileage may vary.
