We have just upgrade a client from v4.10 to v2013 Premium. The AP check form has an embedded image for the check signature that has started printing with a yellow box around the signature. I have check the properties of the image, and there is no border assigned. We have tried replacing with a new signature image and are still running into the same issue. Anyone know of some other setting in Crystal that might cause this issue? Also, they were previously setting printing preference to grayscale, so I have asked them to try with standard instead to see if that helps.

Is it just me, or does each version of Crystal get worse? They add a few cool new features, but it ends up being less compatible, or they take out a shortcut, or the print looks like doo-doo. And let's not talk about how freaking bloated it is - they apparently hired ex-Adobe programmers. (Oh, whoops, maybe not, as you would HOPE that hiring ex-Adobe programmers would mean it worked better with Adobe, and that sadly is not the case.)

Lori Maloof was asking at Summit why there were so few adopters of 2013. I told here I was not going to install a upgrade that rendered the customer unable to pay me for it. @BethBowers - the ex-Adobe programmers might be thinking they are making Adobe look bad.
