We have edited some reports for a customer in FRx. For some reason, the Current Month heading (see attached) is being displayed when we view the report but when we print it, it does not show up. Any thoughts on how to resolve this?

FRx. Ugh. Try a couple of things Double check that the header doesn't extend past the other printing columns below it. Insert a blank row in the header below the header that won't print (Just to test) Did this used to work or has it never worked before? Lou

Good luck. Screen vs. printer problems can be a pain. Is it an older printer?

Is it a font issue? Does the font in the report exist on the workstation?

So I did what @LouWagner recommended above and the issue seems to be that the column is 1st and I'm not capturing it in my print settings. I've tried many things but still with no success. What's weird is that the data is printing in column A but the headings are not. I've played around with my print settings but I'm still not successful. Any other suggestions?

My the way @BarbaraGoldstein the font is Arial and the other headings using this font print OK.

What is the column range specified for the header that isn't printing?

A through H. It's the A column that's the issue. Even the 'Actual' heading over the A column is not printing.

Nothing hiding in any of the other header rows for A or for any of the other columns? If you switch the range to B through H does that header row print?

In Print Settings, under printer properties, make dang sure you're using 8.5 x 11 and not A4 or something like that. Also, make sure any scaling/zoom options are at 100% or less. Try less if you have to. If I were going to ""hack"" at this, I'd insert a very skinny column at the left (new column A) and see if that helps. Try setting your left margin to a slightly wider value. Set it to print in landscape mode and see what happens. Just guessing at this point.
