We have a strange issue with a Work Ticket at a client. There are 4 serial numbers that show being issued to WIP but the serials never went to WIP. NOw the WT needs to be closed but everytime we attempt to close the WT in the test company it adds in the cost of the 4 serial numbers even though there should only be 2. Only two are on the WT in WT Edit. I'm thinking that maybe I need to manually edit the WT transaction file? Anyone have any thoughts?
