We have a Sage 100 prospect that has about 800 employees and their current software (QuickBooks I think) allows them to do direct deposit to a Debit Card for the employees. If the debit card is really just a routing number and Bank Account I would suspect that Sage100 direct deposit would not know the difference and would handle this. But I'm not really clear if this is the case. Does anyone have experience with Debit Cards through Sage 100 ?

Have you looked at Sage PayCard? I reviewed it a couple of years ago. It may be what you're looking for.

I have a customer that has done this for years. As long as the bank is giving them an account number and routing number it will work.

The main reason I was looking PayCard was for high turnover employees who do not have a bank account. My client had many restaurant employees in that category. Lost checks were a freqent pain. If they lose their paycard, it is between the employee and VISA. The monthly fee to the employee was less than most check cashing places (assuming no bank).
