We have a new member Jeremy Fox. I hadn't set up the mentor membership rotation before he joined, so I'll take on this first one. Our initial mentoring program doesn't have much formal material at this time. We still want to:
1. Welcome via SocialCast
2. Request they tell us about themselves via SocialCast
3. Send follow-up email from the mentor
4. Continue follow-up for 3 months (or please suggest a timeframe that works)
