Once all your data is imported and mapped into the W-2 eFiling Service, a company setup wizard will appear for you to enter all your company information that will display on the W-2 forms and the W-3.
After the company setup wizard an employee data grid will display. This grid functions like a Microsoft Excel grid with sorting, copy, paste, etc. This is where you will be able to review all your employee data in the spreadsheet and add or adjust data as needed.
