We have a MAS200 off-maintenance client that is trying to use Aatrix by submitting the W2's via spreadsheet. Aatrix mapper has only one field for each of boxes 12 & 13, which are multi-field boxes. Anyone have a copy of Aatrix's sample W2 excel spreadsheet? Aatrix hasn't answered either of their phone #'s (phone doesn't even take messages), and their only e-mail responses are generic-reply's. Their sample W2 spreadsheet can only be downloaded with ftp login/psw. Any help appreciated.

Doesn't Aatrix use a sagesoftwareonline login/pw? Can you temporarily use your login to access the info?

Michael - is editing only possible after the final spreadsheet submission? When doing the Test run it didn't allow editing.

Yes. I copied the following from the overview: Once all your data is imported and mapped into the W-2 eFiling Service, a company setup wizard will appear for you to enter all your company information that will display on the W-2 forms and the W-3. After the company setup wizard an employee data grid will display. This grid functions like a Microsoft Excel grid with sorting, copy, paste, etc. This is where you will be able to review all your employee data in the spreadsheet and add or adjust data as needed.

Oddly, even though I map a field to ""Box 12"" on the W2, the preview-display does NOT display an amount field for Box 12, only the Box 12 code. Is there a trick to getting the box-12 amount field on the screen?

Resolved - on the Preview screen, not the mapping screen - right-click on column 16, do an insert-column, and call it Box 12 amount. You can then enter the W2 Box 12 amounts. (via Aatrix support).
