We have a customer on Sage 100 Advanced v4.5. They service ~20 users all via a dedicated Terminal Server with plenty of resources.
We finally got them using Paperless Office about a month ago. Today the PDF dll corrupted, throwing an ""Error 88"". While the first error was triggered from the PO module, it resulted in nobody printing from any module.
We know how to fix this: uninstall the Workstation on TS and reinstall it, which replaces the dll.
We want to know if anybody has words of wisdom about how to prevent this from occuring in the future. The Events Log has this suspicious entry entry from about the time of the first error:
