We have a customer considering moving to 100c but they have 27 concurrent CRM licenses. They have to pay for named users with the subscription but they will be needing another 50 or so. My question is, how does that work for tier credit?? It's not simply a move to 100c. Does it count for any additional tier?? TIA!

All additional licenses count for tier, and I assume tier and a half for another week. I have had several customers that upgraded to 100c, but wanted 1 or 2 additional users. This requires the up-front fee and the monthly/annual amount. It cannot be done on the same form - they need to process separately.

I have a ""customer "" (who is ROR yet pays me nothing but calls constantly with questions about Sage ) -- they called a week ago because they heard about 100c and wanted to switch. So I quoted. Today the call was ""so what is different about 100c?""...
