We have a CRM client on 7.1.d2 who uses the Outlook Integration. If they log into Outlook and then log into CRM they cannot tag emails in Outlook so the email is stored in CRM. If they log into CRM first, and then into Outlook, they can tag an email to be stored in CRM. Has anyone seen this? Leonard

Out of curiosity, why did they go concurrent? It's usually more expensive than named. Also - concurrent has an issue with Outlook integration from what we've seen. Not just the one you reported but we have seen situations where the Outlook integration takes up another concurrent license. Ouch.

They went concurrent as they have a large pool of inside sales staff and only 5 or 6 use CRM at any one time.

Interesting. Well - you can report this to Sage as a bug. Maybe it will get them to fix it in an upcoming Service Pack.

Wow, what is that, about a 6 months turn around? Must be the pre-bronze age plan.
