  • 1.  we have a client with a short key block (error 106

    we have a client with a short key block (error 106) in SY_GridDefinition.m4t sage said to restore from a backup. we restored from a backup from two weeks ago and still have a bad record. is there any way to rebuild this table that anyone is aware of? if not we can look for an older backup or consider putting on one from a clean installation.

    You may want to try using *UFAC and *UFAR to see if they will resolve your issue. KB article about UFAR is attached.

    Thanks Tim, we run UFAR and it worked in a test environment and we are now running it in the production - I expect it will work Thanks Tim

    Do you know which record was bad. You may need to go to that grid and right click and reset it to the default settings.

    it was in the receipt of invoice and we can access it fine now, when we were getting the error before. I will have the users try now and also have them reset the grid to be safe.
