Sage 100

We have a client who is upgrading from 4.3 to 4.5 and currently has SWK POS installed. SWK's POS was uninstalled as per SWK's instructions and when we migrated / converted from 4.3 to 4.5, the upgrade appears to be correct (no errors on migration log and displays message that conversion was successful) but the file layouts / data dictionary does not change to 4.5 Any thoughts?

Did you run the Custom Office utilities?

Therese - yes ... all utilities pre-migration and custom office utilities were done

Where are you looking at the file layouts / data dictionaries? ODBC? The link in the Sage 100 references page? VI? DFDM?

Looking at DFDM and can see that certain fields are not changing to 4.5 layout (remaining in 4.3)

You followed the full path and not just the table that pops up on screen (which I've had point to backup copies in the past). What's the version # say on the installed apps?
