    We have a client using Sage Intelligence. Any SI report run from one computer, when opened on another computer, the toolbar under the BI Tools tab in excel is empty. If that same file is opened on the same computer it was generated on, the tools load correctly. Any one have any ideas?

    The BI Generator Add-In may not be enabled on the second workstation. First, verify that all instances of Excel are closed on that workstation (verify that all EXCEL.EXE processes are closed in Task Manager). Then, open Excel on that workstation and select Excel Options>Add-Ins and verify where the BI Generator is located in the add-in list. If the BI Generator add-in is located in Inactive Application Add-ins section, select COM Add-ins from the Manage list and click Go, and then select the check box next to BI Generator and click OK. If the BI Generator add-in is located in Disabled Application Add-ins section, select Disabled Items from the Manage list and click Go, and then select the BI Generator add-in and click Enable. Generally, when you complete the above step, the BI Generator add-in will change from Disabled to Inactive, so you will then have to activate the add-in using the procedure above.
