We have a client using Sage 2013 stating that some times after Shipping Data Entry, where one or two of the line items are shipped, when they go to the order, it's no longer open and the other lines on the order are closed.

I suppose the first question would be if the shippers are accidentally hitting the wrong button. In shipping data entry if you ship the quantities on some lines and not others and hit ACCEPT then you get a message (screen shot attached) asking if you want to backorder the remaining lines. if you answer NO (which appears to be the default) then the remaining lines will not be shipped or backordered which would result in what you are seeing.

David, that's very possible. I just found out that they hired someone new into that position and the person who was there never had the issue. Training probably took place in a span of 5 minutes. Thanks
