    We have a client using Sage 100 4.5. They want to have CRM installed, and use Exchange 2010. However a remote hosting service provides their Exchange 2010. Has anyone had any problems integrating Sage CRM with an external hosting service? Thanks, Leonard

    Some hosting services allow it, and some do not. We had a client who tried to use Rackspace, and they wouldn't allow it. From what I understand Office 365 does work. You have to have a user who can impersonate other users.
