Yes ... reassigning the salespeople in MAS doesn't do anything in regards to CRM. It's one of those annoying things about integration for both MAS and Accpac. The problem is that they don't have a unified salesperson table to pull from and integrate between the applications.
We have written clean ups for this in the past. How big is their system though - how many users / salespeople are we talking about? It might be easier to go in and update the CRM tables via MS SQL queries.
