    We have a client using MAS 200 with Sage CRM. They had a salesperson leave. They globally reassigned a new salespserson to their AR customers with no problem. They discovered that the salesperson number did not change in CRM Company records. Sage support says ""that is the way it is"". Does anyone know of an import utility for Sage CRM 7.2 that would allow us to change the sales person field in the company record? It is a field that is linked to MAS 200. Leonard

    Yes ... reassigning the salespeople in MAS doesn't do anything in regards to CRM. It's one of those annoying things about integration for both MAS and Accpac. The problem is that they don't have a unified salesperson table to pull from and integrate between the applications. We have written clean ups for this in the past. How big is their system though - how many users / salespeople are we talking about? It might be easier to go in and update the CRM tables via MS SQL queries.
