We have a client that uses SWK POS - 45 Sage 100 Users including a good size E-Commerce/Inbound Call Center. We are currently trying to upgrade them to 4.5. Based on my understanding, Peggy is the only support person assigned to this product. Interestingly, they are using Sage Exchange on credit card for their 4.5 version of POS; however many of the components are only standard with Sage 100 v2013. Bumpy ride and this product seems to have minimal support. I will say Peggy is really trying to help the user base the best she can.
