We have a client that just upgraded to V2018 from V2014 Thing have been very stable since the update which is great Something popped up late last week with Business Insights Explorer custom views. Some workstations are unable to see the customer view for instance created under the Customer View On the other hand some other workstations still have access to the custom views that were created in v2014 as shown below Anyone have an idea of where theses are stored? I think it is a permission issue but not sure.

Hi Jim - I seem to remember this being an issue on 2017, that it depends on which launcher they are using (classic or standard) - did you look at this ? Jeff

I found this just now on the SAGE KB Business Insights Views are not available Open Registry Editor (regedit.exe) on workstation having issue Examine path in HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Sage Software\BIE Explorer\Products\MAS90\ViewsPath If path is incorrect, edit the path and re-open Sage 100 and try again

Are you looking for the biz Insight custom view files? they are stored in mas90\BIEplorer\views all the .ev files are the custom views

We are testing it but my guess is the Registry fix is likely the solution Thanks ALL

@JimWoodheadIf the registry fix does not cure the issue, look at KB #78517.
