We have a client that just saw that, since the 2018 upgrade, the burden AMOUNT from the Burden Payroll Journal (it is now being calculated correctly with PU4) is not being written to the Daily Job Transaction Register and is not posting to the JC_JobTransactionDetail file. There is an entry on the Daily Job Transaction Register and in the JC_JobTransactionDetail file that has units but no transaction amount comes through. Sage's workaround was to use a Labor Code in Payroll Data Entry that is setup for the correct Burden calculation and rate temporarily until the program fix is released. The Burden calculated with a Labor Code DOES post to the JC Jobtransactiondetail file.
Anyone else come across this issue?
