    We have a client that is used to launching Sage CRM from within Sage 100. After a recent upgrade she cannot launch CRM from within Sage (she **can** launch it in internet explorer). but she wants CRM embedded in the Sage100 screen ""like it used to work"". We found the KB Article below **Description** When CRM 7.3 or CRM 2017 (R1, R2, R3) integrated with Sage 100 is launched from within Sage 100 using the Launch Sage CRM button inside Sage 100, the Interactive Dashboard will not load in the Web Content tab (Sage 100). However, CRM will load the Interactive Dashboards properly if launched within Internet Explorer 11 (IE11) outside Sage 100. **Cause** Internet Explorer emulation within Sage 100 is set to either IE8 or IE9 compatible mode. Sage CRM 7.3 and CRM 2017 requires IE 11. **Resolution** Launch CRM outside Sage 100 from a compatible web browser. **OR** Create a new custom button in Sage 100 to launch the new Internet shortcut for CRM.     Happily, @Michelle Taylor​. :)  And hi, @Dana Young.

    There's a couple of ways to fix the issue, but my resolution isn't going to be much different than what Sage referred to in the KB article. It has to do with the browser emulation mode passed to Sage 100 by Internet Explorer. Usually, the default settings for IE are all sorts of jacked up. The easiest way to comb through the issues and make sure all the basics are done for IE's settings... follow this video: https://www.screencast.com/t/gqEcZal7z32y

    ... I did this really quick, so hopefully it's not too rough. :) Let me know if you have any other questions or if it doesn't work. At least with this out of the way we can ensure the most basic settings aren't getting in the way.

    This actually didn't fix the issue. It was already using IE 11, I confirmed the Compatibility & added to Trusted Sites. It still gives that error on the Dashboard. The user doesn't really need the dashboards, so I have him set to start up on another page so he just doesn't see the error message. Then, if he needs those, he can use the full Chrome & work just fine. I appreciate the help & the video was great!  ~Dana
