This actually didn't fix the issue. It was already using IE 11, I confirmed the Compatibility & added to Trusted Sites. It still gives that error on the Dashboard. The user doesn't really need the dashboards, so I have him set to start up on another page so he just doesn't see the error message. Then, if he needs those, he can use the full Chrome & work just fine. I appreciate the help & the video was great! ~Dana

There's a couple of ways to fix the issue, but my resolution isn't going to be much different than what Sage referred to in the KB article. It has to do with the browser emulation mode passed to Sage 100 by Internet Explorer. Usually, the default settings for IE are all sorts of jacked up.
