We have a client that is moving to Amazon Hosted Virtual Environment and we are wanting to make sure there are no issues with Paperless Office. Does anyone have clients being hosted by Amazon and would Citrix be the answer to insure that Paperless works or would it be better to use T/S and have virtual workstations? Are there other or better options? (Not for the hosting but to get Paperless to work.) Hopefully this questions makes sense and if it doesn't I'll get the PM involved to better clarify. They are on 2015 Sage 100 Advanced.

Citrix versus Remote Desktop is really just a preference and for a one off environment it is really a cost benefit evaluation for that client. Paperless in a virtual environment is more about getting your permissions and SMTP correct than anything else to my understanding.

We have one client for sure using Amazon's hosting services and they are using paperless office for journals and registers and AR invoices. They are not emailing from Sage.
