We have a client that is currently on MAS 200 v.4.4.0.6 and have the Blytheco ""National Accounts"" add-in. They were using the Sage Enhancement in version 4.3 but Sage discontinued that one in 4.4 before making it a permanent part of 4.5. (How bizarre was THAT?) Anyway, we need to add JobOps into their system but we don't want to wreck the National Accounts setup. I know that upgrading to 4.5 is eventually the best way to go but does anyone have any insight into the compatibility of the 4.4 PU6 with National Accounts and JobOps ?

Upgrading to V4.5 would be the best solution (and probably easiest too) I would be very wary about adding JobOps to a system with National accounts. Have you asked JobOps?

I don't think jobops is ready for 4.5

I have a client on JobOps client on V4.50 and it is working GREAT ...they are using Base JobOps and configurator. (it has been out for 6 months and has a service pack too ) BTW, V2013 is due out in June....

JobOps 4.5 R2 is out and we've converted at least one client. The client on 4.4 is a multi-company client working from an Applianz box in the cloud. The JobOps is an add on for one of the companies and I was hoping to attach it without ""upsetting the apple cart"" for the other companies right now. I've sent in a question to JobOps and hope to hear from them tomorrow.

JobOps is definitely working well in 4.50 and National Accounts works fine. It worked in previous versions also, but I cannot remember the first version where it was compatible - may have been 4.10.

The first release was 4.3. I sold it some 4-5 years ago and we paid for the integration then... along with Avatax and SPS.

In version 4.5, Sage's national accounts functionality will work fine with Jobops from Sale Order Entry, however it does not work yet in Service Ticket Entry. Supposedly that will come out in the near future.

Yeah, as soon as some client upgrades and needs to have this feature (and pays for the mod... again).
