We have a client running 4.05 and apparently having data corruption issues. They are in the process of migrating to Sage 300, however, when we access their company data via VI, there is no GL showing as being integrated. Also, the following files couldn't even be copied Gl_Detailposting.M4T and AP_03rel.soa. Any ideas as to how to proceed?

Copy their data to a backup company then try exporting from that company would be a first step.

can you query the company through excel (DSN = SOTAMAS90) and see GL tables using that method?

When we try to copy the file we get a GL_MAINACCOUNT not found. Regards, Lloyd

Restore from a good backup? Hopefully, they are getting a new server for Sage 300.... The GL_DetailPositing.m4t table is a major one to not be able to open...

GL is so overrated @JeffSchwenk. @LloydSmith - can you actually open GL account maintenance from the front end of MAS, or is that not the case? If you can see it in the front end I would still try to get directly at the tables through an ODBC data query.
