    We have a client in a world of hurt as they used to have more Sage 100 licenses before they decided to go with less and buy more Sage CRM licenses. This a win-back and they have about 300000 customers and to get them into Sage CRM with appointments is taking more time than expected. We got Sage to increase our internal user licenses to loan to the client temporarily so that they can have more Sage 100 users for about two weeks, but there is a tech problem with the new codes for ACI. Question - can we borrow another client's codes and install to our problem client and not affect the original client's use of their system? Again, we only need to resolve for about two weeks and give them about 25 Sage 100 users.

    @PeterWolf is very experienced with Sage CRM he may have a work around for updating this large client set with appointments that doesn't require a license issue.

    Hi Doug - long story short - my SC messages have been going to spam. Do you still need assistance with this? I'm not sure why the Sage 100 licenses have anything to do with Sage CRM appointments? Maybe I'm not reading it correctly? Long day of travel so my brain is working in slow mo! LMK if you still need some info and I will loop in my tech guys.
