We did a fiscal to calendar year reset for a client and recalculated everything. The only thing that is not showing properly is the S/O Recap by Product line report that is part of the Daily Sales reports. This report uses SO_recapbyproductlinewhse.m4t file and is NOT one of the files recalculated by the inventory utility Recalculate Item History. Does anyone know of a utility that will recalculate this file?

No but you dont need it. Do a File-Run - Syzcon and type: coSORecalc = New(""SO_RecalcRecaps"",%SYS_SS) coSORecalc'RecalcSORecaps()

@GaryFeldman No, we needed to recalculate customer and vendor history. Short of scripting, I'm not sure those two can be recalculated.

@JohnShaver - What do you need to recalc in cust and vendor history? If you have a copy of the recalc utility that @RandyMarion wrote back in the day, that will do the trick. I think Martin and Associates still has it available as well.

This utility was the 90M group's first and only attempt at crowd sourcing utilities that Sage should have had in the first place. I think it was originally available to members for $100. Best $100 I ever spent. Still works today. Maybe we can create some enthusiasm next week in SD to fund more utilities. @JeffFiddelman has one in the development hopper that purges those pesky penny inventory tiers that have zero quantity on hand. A great way resellers to add customer value without being affected by the haze of the Sage cloud.

@NicoleRonchetti my co-worker was able to run this utility at our office to test it out, but not at our clients site. Both are on Sage 2017 PU3. At the client it said 'unable to open file'. He tried getting everyone out of Sage, too. Still didn't work. Any ideas?

Check their SO program directory and make sure SO_RecalcRecaps.pvc is there
