We aren't very active with the Sage Accountants Network, but we do have a couple assigned to us. heard from one last month who was trying to create a version of the AR Sales Tax report that shows invoices for auditing taxes for When Received. The staff accountant at the CPA was quite familiar with Report Master, but didn't really know Crystal to handle the upgrade for this customer. She called us when Sage tech support wouldn't give her a straight answer about this expanded report. We gave her some options, but ... Sage Tech Supp ended up creating the custom report!? I didn't the SAN would do this. Now I do.

I find it more and more difficult to determine what Sage support will and won't do. The fact that they provided a deliverable inside the scope of the business care agreement is a complete surprise.
