We are working on a MAS 90 4.5 upgrade. We did our initial test in-house and worked out most of the challenges. We then went on-site and did a clean install of 4.5 on a brand new Windows 2008 R2 server. Next, we ran a parallel upgrade. We have run into an error in TimeCard that we can't find in the Knowledgebase (can't get into kb via IE 9 today but can with Firefox.)
Error message reads: lookup TCU, error #20 syntax error, at line 1) error in lookup TCU
No results are returned in the KB for TCU under Sage 100 and the error #20 references don't look apropos.
I am checking here before I open a case with Sage (only to find out it is in the kb but I can't get the kb to work).
