    We are upgrading a client to Sage 100 2013 with CRM 7.1 linked. It's our understanding that Sage has a patch in beta for 7.2 that fixes a lot of problems but won't be out until Oct/Nov. Has anyone installed the CRM 7.1 together with 2013 and if so had any major problems with the linking between the two?

    I have heard rumors that the link to sage 100 and crm causes issues with lost data inconsistently. Any comments from the experienced users????

    Actually one of my clients pulled the link between 7.1 and 2013 when they heard the cost to move to 7.2 and 2013. They had many other issues also. You have to be very careful setting expectations with the smaller clients as it can be expensive to use this free module.

    I'm not the CRM Guru in our company, I will ask Him this. I do know we have 3-4 clients using Sage CRM and 2013 without any issues. One client is using the new feature that allows CRM to connect to multiple companies in Sage 2013. Even they seem to be getting along just fine

    Well, even Sage mentioned the problems they were having at the Sage 100 Road Ahead, they mentiond Error 11's and a few other things. So we are concerned.

    Jeff when you say the cost to move to 7.2 are you talking installation cost?

    My client was quoted 3 to 5 K to move from 7.1 to 7.2. Extensive database changes was the reason given.

    I spoke to our CRM guru last night - he basically said what Jeff is saying that he has much more concerns with version 7.2 than 7.1. he is excited about the new features but concerned about the upgrade costs and (just since it is new) the stability.
