Does this Scanco product work with the ACS multibin?

Reminder that this webinar is happening tomorrow - Thursday May 8, 2014 at 11 am CT / 12 pm ET. There's a lot going on with Scanco products - especially their use of iPhone's for data collection. They gave us a glimpse of their offerings during MOTM. This is becoming a hot area as more customers are looking to make legacy Sage implementations work better. Don't let another consultant jump in between you and your customer just because that consultant knows a little more about these add-ons. As noted above - this presentation is suitable for both partners and end users.

I have an active prospect for this. Please record also. I would suggest future signups have a non-required field of ""Sage Partner"" so you can divy up any leads etc.

I just spoke to a customer who is interested in bar coding and sent them the link as well.

Yea, my customer liked ACSG multi bin but it was too manual to do the distributions on shipping. They switched to hightower/SWK which supposedly auto distributed, but the software is still a train wreck and has screwed up alot of their data. Hopefully scanco combined with ACSG gets them a viable high volume inventory management workflow. I can't imagine that Jeff at SWK is happy about the hightower acquisition in hindset. Anybody 'owning' that code gets a big black eye on their reputation

I watched a JOScan demonstration earlier this week. It looked pretty hot from the data collection standpoint.

If I were Scanco, I'd re-record this, possibly with Camtasia and give us that to post and show to clients. Its usable, but there was definitely a number of technical issues (not with their solution, that was solid, but with their MAC & air-mirror or whatever it was that showed the ipod on the screen)

Already have a request for quote from a customer who attended. Anyone in particular I should contact? (I only caught about 15 minutes of the webinar due to a multitude of everything sooner than everything else requests this week).

Mark - We (SWK) appreciate the feedback on multi-bin and are concerned you had to deal with issues relating to it. Unlike some of the other HTI products that have been more challenging, MB has been more stable within the customer base. We don't have a significant number of customer issues reported to date. Having said that, we're happy to work with your client to determine what is causing their issues. I'll reach out to you privately to connect. Thanks Michelle.
