We are looking for some ecommerce alternatives for some clients. One of our clients currently uses authorize.net for their cc processing for their ecommerce and they could replace that they said. They need to store their cc info for re-occurring billing. The sales tax information is not matching with the customer's shopping cart info. Reporting is insufficient. Any recommendations or ideas?

Website Pipeline has an integrated package. It can be used with Sage Sales Tax from Avalara as well. Has anyone else here used Website Pipeline?

I have a client implementing it on their own and I think a few other people have said they used Website Pipeline with decent results.

Good to know. I just had a client sign up with them this week.

Most of our clients with ecom sites use InSynch from ROI-Consulting as the engine for integration. Some have developed their own shopping carts for use with InSynch while with others we have used one of the more out-of-the-box shopping carts for integration. Pretty sure WebSite Pipeline uses InSynch as well, or at least they used to. Avatax has a connector for most common shopping carts and maybe can create one for custom carts.

ISM has a new one that looks good. It competes well with website pipeline. Plus it is a little cheaper. We haven't sold it yet but were very close too. Contact angela@goism.com

I like ISM as well. For a new alternative... Craig Jacobs (ex Sage) has a product that also uses the InSych engine whose e-commerce data file structure mirrors MAS 90, so it is really easy to understand and from what I saw in a demo works well. Check out www.clearnine.com and he is craig@clearnine.com
