    We are installaing Sage CRM on a virtual server with Sage 100/MAS 200. The installation has gone well, but when we try to run the relationship wizard, the process hangs. Nothing in the error logs for CRM. Any ideas on resolving this would be great!! TIA Leonard

    I don't have any answers but wanted to add: I don't believe Sage CRM is technically supported on virtual servers but a good chunk of our customers are using virtual servers so that shouldn't be causing the problem. One suggestion: restart the VM. After it loads up, manually restart TomCat and IIS. Then try again.

    Peter, As usual, your advice was correct. After restarting TomCat, IIS and SQL the Relationship Wizard now is running. Many thanks, Leonard
