Sage 100

We are in the process of upgrading 4.50 Advance to 5.20.3 Advanced. Customer has a lot of companies and a lot of Financial Reports by dept in GL/Reports/Financial Reports. The department financial reports are showing the desired department in the setup but yet when it runs, all depts run rather than just the 1 indicated. I went back to 4.50 to make sure it was working as designed and it was. I was able to create a new dept report but I really can't ask the client to recreate all of them for all companies. Anybody else have any issues with this?

Did you try changing one of the reports to ""all departments,"" save, and then setting it back to one department and save again? If so, did that work? Could be tedious, but easier that starting reports from scratch. I haven't seen this issue.

@NancyHanson There is a hotfix posted to correct this.

Search the Sage KB on this: GL5003-T GL5004-T GL5005-T : General Ledger. Financial Reports output ignores selection criteria or filters when Report Groups other than Standard are used in Sage 100; a Financial Report is displaying all results, not only what was selected to print.

Here are the actual files in case the KB is down when you need it the most. Interesting that Sage doesn't support Office 2003 any longer but they still publish documents in the *.doc extension. Why not just publish in PDF format?? Love their consistency.
